Service area
Where L & J works, from the coast to the Pine Belt
Coverage is set county by county. Anywhere in the counties below is inside the service area, and for an address just outside them the honest answer is 'ask'.
- Gulfport
- Biloxi
- Ocean Springs
- Diamondhead
How coverage works
The counties are the service area
L & J serves Harrison, Hancock, Jackson, Stone, Pearl River, George, Forrest, Lamar, Perry, Marion and Jones counties, subject to availability.
Those counties run from the coast at Gulfport north into the Pine Belt. If the address is inside one of them, it is inside the service area — what is left to confirm is timing, not whether.
An address just over a county line is still worth asking about. Whether it can be fitted in depends on where it is and what else is booked that day, and L & J will tell you plainly either way.
L & J is based in Gulfport, MS 39503 and travels to the job. There is no public office to visit — every appointment and delivery happens at the address the job needs.
Published coverage
Cities and counties confirmed for all three services
Process serving, courier work and notary appointments all run across the same area.

The lists here are the coverage reference. For an address you are unsure about, a phone call is faster than any map.

Quick check
Is your location on the list?
This compares what you type against the published cities and counties above.
It will never tell you that a location is out of reach — only L & J can make that call. Anything not on the published list comes back as “let’s confirm”, which is the truthful answer. If a town is not named, try its county.

What affects the answer
Four things that decide whether a job can be taken
Being inside the area and being available on a particular day are two different questions. Both get answered honestly before anything is agreed.
- How far the address actually is
- Every address in the published counties is covered, but they are not all the same trip. A drive to the far side of the area takes a bigger share of the day than one across Gulfport, and that shapes when a job can be fitted in.
- What else is booked that day
- One person does this work. A day with a signing on one side of the coast and attempts on the other has less room in it than an empty one.
- How much notice there is
- Same-week work is often possible; it depends entirely on the week. The earlier a job is known about, the easier it is to fit properly rather than squeezing it.
- What the job involves
- A single hand delivery and a service that may take several attempts at different times of day are different propositions, and they are assessed differently.

Outside the published list?
It is still worth asking. An address just beyond the listed counties may still be reachable, and the worst answer you will get is a clear no rather than a maybe.
Ask about your locationKnow the address? Send it over.
Give the city and ZIP with your request and coverage gets confirmed along with everything else, before any work starts.
